Children's Discovery Garden at Sister Cities Park
Sister Cities Park, in the heart of Center City, is a fantastic spot to cool off on a hot summer day. The Children’s Discovery Garden includes plenty of water play options and is inspired by Philadelphia’s Wissahickon Valley. Race paper boats in the garden’s meandering stream or splash around in the kiddie pool.

Seger Park Playground
This park features play equipment and a sprayground, plus basketball, pickleball, and tennis courts. Located on Lombard Street, Seger Park Playground is a great spot for children young and old. The sprayground is turned on daily throughout the summer and offers a fun way to beat the heat!

Dilworth Park
The perfect summer spot for kids to run around, Dilworth Plaza features a huge interactive fountain area, plus seating and a cafe for parents. You can’t beat the location of this fun sprayground!

Herron Playground
Head to Herron Park in South Philly to cool down on a hot summer day. This park includes five paved splash pad areas where water sprays, pours, and shoots for a refreshing play experience.

Roberto Clemente Park & Playground
Visitors can enjoy cooling off at this spacious sprayground, or they can explore the 2.5-acre site’s playground equipment, basketball court, and sports fields.

Houston Playground
From playground equipment, to a sprayground, sports fields, hockey rink, and volleyball, basketball and tennis courts, this park has it all! There is also a multi-use trail open to hikers, bikers, and horseback riders.
