About ME

I love love. I know; how corny, right?! But it’s true – I seriously weep when I see it in others. Like when I used to watch a Baby Story on TLC and would sob when the babies were delivered. I love the way mothers look at their children; the way children nestle into their parents; the way new parents behave with their first-born babies. This is what life’s all about – these moments of connection that allow us to be vulnerable and yet pass so quickly.

How it started…

I started my photography career in NYC 14 years ago, attending the International Center of Photography, and managing several commercial studios. I loved being on set…the hair, the makeup, the lighting…it was exhilarating and a lot of hard work. The experience of working with Bloomingdale’s, Nordstrom and Harper’s Bazaar was unreal and I’m so lucky to have had the chance to learn from some of the industry’s best photographers.

Most days you’ll find me juggling the many duties of being both a mom and business owner. Rushing the kids off to school, followed by retouching and editing while singing loudly to music or listening to podcasts and audiobooks between photo shoots.

As a family, we love camping, snowboarding, doing yoga, meditating…silent retreats are my happy place.
